Air conditioning units are specially designed for use in rooms with increased cleanliness requirements and have been successfully used for many years in medical institutions, research institutes, laboratories and production shops.

The units provide special high-performance air purification, the necessary air exchange, maintain the temperature and humidity of the room, corresponding to the specified design values.

High-quality stainless steel panels and thermally insulating profiles are used in the manufacture of the interior of the unit body. The front part of the unit is made of galvanized steel, powder-coated with a protective hygienic coating. The thermal insulation between the inner and outer casing is made of fiberglass with a density of 170 kg/m3. The unit is equipped with doors and inspection hatches for ease of maintenance, on one, as a rule, front side of the unit. The body of each unit is tested with an overpressure of 700 Pa. The wall thickness of the installation panels is 60 mm. Heat exchangers of coolers and heaters are made of high quality stainless steel in a retractable design for maintenance and disinfection, in accordance with the norms and standards for hygienic air conditioning installations.

The installation for maintaining the temperature and humidity regime consists of three main modules:

1- Out door and supply module includes:

• System of coarse filters.
• System of recovery-utilization of heat.
• Water heating system (first heating).
• Electric heating system (second heating).
• Direct drive fan for supply air supply (with additional fan motor 100% redundancy; • fine filter system.

2- Humidification Module / Technical Module, includes:

• Control system.
• Built-in refrigerator.
• Built-in steam humidifier, steam distribution chamber with built-in steam distributor.

3- Exhaust And  Air Module, includes:
• System of coarse filters.
• System of recovery-utilization of heat.
• Direct drive fan for extracting exhaust air (with additional fan motor 100% redundancy.

Air conditioning units maintain the specified parameters of the air environment: temperature – with an accuracy of ±1°C, relative humidity – with an accuracy of ±5%.
